Have you ever been to NYC?
I thought I may offer a chance to 1) get back to my office hopefully safely while 2) enjoying the company of at least one fellow Oppo, as there are many in the area.
My goal was less “get me the hell out now” and more “who on oppo wants to meet up and grab food/drive around?”
I ended up getting home through some coworkers I managed to find only 20 blocks away, and we got dinner and left quickly, but there was a chance of a long holdup (hour or more before even getting to the car) which is why I was checking my alternatives.
Odd request, yes, but a friendly one.
